WATCH: Construction is underway on a new self-storage center In Port Orange, Florida Video of an All Aboard Storage center being built in Port Orange, west of Interstate 95, as Volusia County's population continues to grow. Unemployment rates in April inched down ever closer to all-time lows in both Volusia and Flagler counties. That's both good and bad news. "It's great to see the unemployment rate so low, but it's making it harder for businesses to fill jobs that require certain skills," said Cyrus Callum , director of aviation and economic resources for Volusia County.
