Coastal Ear Nose & Throat PA in Port Orange, Florida

This was a horrible experience. If there was a -10 starts I would have added it but I had to put 1 to post. First the message states they are always closed. The automatic confirmation service confirmed the "morning of" and said if I didn't fill out the paperwork that was sent, I must come in 45 minutes early. I didn't have 45 minutes in the schedule to come early. 45 minutes to fill out paperwork?? Really???They never sent paperwork to fill out to begin with. We get there and there must have been 30 very irritated people crammed in the waiting room. The doctors take the word "waiting room" literally...the 5 people I spoke to said they were waiting for a minimum of 1 hour ... one waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Ridiculous business and I am happy I could experience the absurd professionalism so we don't invest any more time. I found a much better option and was treated with more kindness and got an appt within 2 weeks with Narges Mazloom, DO Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center. Unfortunately it isn't the doctors fault and I am sure they are competent....but who ever is running the office needs to be replaced. As a senior they don't have the stamina to wait 1 hour plus and furthermore all the people crammed into the waiting room during flu season is a death trap for seniors!
